Statue of Lembu Nandi and an inscription Calf where in Bogor Botanical Garden is show Lembu nandi found like in hindu temple at central java, Prambanan temple. Lembu nandi is the riding of god syiwa.That sculpture from a old pound in Kotabatu, Ciapus – Bogor where is moved by Dr. Frideriech into Kebun Raya Bogor in the mid-19th century. Whereas Inscription in beside, is carved by Frideriech, which is mean “Not far away from the pound right here.”In the other version C.G.C.Reinwardt (who built Kebun Raya Bogor at 1817) move the this sculpture and make inscriptions in writing old sunda language. The sculpture Lembu Nandi is like in Bogor Palace, but the scale is bigger.
